Luxurious bungalow on the island of Texel with an amazing view

The bungalow is located in the De Krim holiday park, in the north of the island, in front of the village of De Cocksdorp. It is a 5-star holiday park, with many facilities for young and old. The park has a swimming pool, recreation team, bakery, supermarket, restaurants and more. Bicycle, go-kart, child seats and handcart rental are available on site.
The sea is only 2 km from the bungalow. Other than that, nature is beautiful on the island, at the same distance you will find De Slufter, this is a foraging area for birds that is also beautiful in winter. You can also enjoy cycling and walking across the entire island, a walk to the lighthouse is easy to do from the bungalow. From the beach pavilion you have a view of both the North Sea and the mudflats. “De Vriendschap”, a boat that you can take for a day in Vlieland, also departs from here.

Our bungalow is called Langsteert, as the islanders call a pheasant. You can find these birds around the bungalow and walking freely on the island.

Our non-smoking bungalow is suitable for up to 6 guests. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs. There is a living room downstairs with chimney, comfortable couch, dining table and kitchen. There is a smartTV with Netflix connection and a selection of board games. Quick free wifi is available. Downstairs is a new bathroom with sauna, bathtub and shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with among other things an oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Next to the kitchen is a storage with comfortable pillows and an ironing board. You can access the terrace through the large doors in the living room, the terrace has a glass exterior to keep the wind out. Outside the terrace there is more space attached to the bungalow.

Upstairs are two more bedrooms of which one has a beautiful terrace with great view over the golf course and bungalow park. There is also a second toilet upstairs. All bedrooms have boxspring beds and a large wardrobe. You can find a babybed in the largest bedroom, a baby chair and baby bath can be picked up at the reception. Renting bedsheets from the park is mandatory and will be present at your arrival. When you make your reservation you can indicate if you want your beds made upon arrival or if you want to do it yourself. Renting towels is optional, cleaning costs by the park for after your stay are mandatory.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem großen tollen Haus mit einer wirklich wunderschönen Lage in der bezaubernden Natur, die Randlage mit Blick auf die Dünen ist perfekt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, gerne wieder.
